  • “When will moments from my event become available?”

    • We generally need 7-10 days to get everything ready for you. Follow us on our social media sites (links at the bottom of the page) and you’ll be the first to know when they’re available!

  • “Are you attending x event?”

    • We coordinate with each event individually and develop a schedule before the season begins. We try to make it to as many shows as we can, but we are only human! If you would like to see us at your next marching band, colorguard, cheer, or sporting event, contact us!

  • “Why does it take so long to get everything ready?”

    • Quality is key! Over the course of a show, the total number of moments captured can exceed 9,000. Each and every moment we capture undergoes a strict process of selection, refinement, and polishing as to provide the best possible quality. Capturing your memories as best we can is of upmost importance to us.

  • “Help, I have too many options to choose from!”

    • Not a question, but it’s worth addressing! If you have a large number of moments, (~20+), we are happy to work out a special package for you. Please contact us and we can work something out.
